Tummy to tummy
The Snuggle Hold is ideal for the baby who has trouble getting up the bubbles from her tummy. Having her upright helps keep the milk down and helps the air to rise. It is also a great position for getting things done around the house, as baby is close to your body and high on your center of gravity, so you will experience much less back strain. Squat if you need to pick something up instead of bending It will be easier on your back and will have the added benefit of giving you a leg crunching thigh workout as you get stuff done! As with all positions, remember to keep good posture, tall and straight, and if baby tips in the sling reposition him and readjust the sling to support him better. First, put the sling on. Hold the baby to your body a bit higher than you want him to end up. Tighten the Rosado Sling first by pulling the tail, then by fine-tuning the pouch and top rail to support babys back and neck.
